
Shipping
We have a few different shipping options to choose from upon checkout. For items needed in a hurry, please select one of our expedited shipping options to receive your item(s) sooner. For online customers in the Columbus, OH or Metro Detroit area, we do offer free local pickup. If you place your order before 2pm EST, it will be ready that same day! Once your order is ready, you'll be notified via email. Our pickup hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. Read below for more instructions on how to select the right shipping for you!
*Please keep in mind that weather delays, COVID-19 related delays, and delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions, are outside our control.
Free US Shipping - Our site offers free shipping on all US orders over $75! Just please give us 1-2 business days to process your order. Once your order is processed, it will arrive in 3-5 business days.
Flat Rate (3-5 Days) - $4.95 -We ship using USPS and can typically get your orders out in 1-2 business days. After that processing period, you'll have your order within 3-5 business days.
3 Business Days - $10.95 - We ship using UPS and USPS and can typically get your orders out in just 1-2 business days. After that processing period, you’ll have your order within 3 business days.
2 Business Days - $15.95 - Place your order by 2pm EST, and we’ll ship it out the same business day. You will receive your order in just 2 business days (excluding the order date).
Next Day Shipping - $36.95 - Place your order by 2pm, and we can ship it out that same day. It will be at your door the next business day. Orders placed after 2pm will ship out the next business day and arrive the following business day. Our business days are Monday-Friday, and weekends and holidays are not included in these delivery times.
International Shipping rates?
We appreciate our international online customers! For shipping to Canada, we have a flat shipping rate of $15 per order!! For all other international countries, the cost and delivery time varies by the final shipping destination. For most European countries, as well as Australia and New Zealand, we now have a flat rate of $49 per order.
RETURNS
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if and when delivery has been confirmed.
Lost Packages- If your package is lost or stolen, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note this may take up to 2 weeks.
Once the investigation is complete, if your item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address we will replace your items or issue a refund if they are not available. However, if the shipping carrier determines the package was delivered to the correct address we are unable to issue a refund.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered by the customer, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please make sure all shipping info is correct before placing your order.
Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Any delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions and weather related delays are beyond our control.
